Christine Moran, who ran the brilliant Youth Mental Health First Aid course (on behalf of MHFA England) for Clockwork last year, has set up an online support group for anyone aged 16+. The group will meet on Zoom at 10.15 every weekday morning for 25 minutes, and will be sharing positive wellbeing tips and reflections.
This will prompt you to download the zoom application (this may happen automatically) and follow the instructions to install. You only need to do this the first time. You will be asked if you wish to ‘join a meeting’. Click join and Christine will be online at 10.15am weekdays to accept those waiting.
Please visit Christine’s website for full details: e-being.co.uk/guideline-9-15-to-grounding/
We will continue to share helpful resources in the coming weeks, and if you come across anything you think is useful then please do share it with us at email@example.com.
In the meantime, please heed the Government’s advice to stay at home if possible, look after yourself and your family and avoid spreading this virus.
Stay safe everyone,

While we may be on lockdown, the Tandridge Together Lottery is still being drawn weekly, with a £25,000 jackpot!
And now, you could also win fruit & veg delivery to your front door for a year!
You can sign up from as little as £1 a week, and if you choose Clockwork as your chosen good cause, then we will receive 50p of each £1 you spend, with a further 10p going to other local good causes.
The next draw is this evening, so don't delay - you could be a winner tonight. ... See MoreSee Less
Clockwork now has its own YouTube page and we're looking for musicians to send us a song to start off our Clockwork Live section. Music is great therapy for the mind and as we're all locked at home we thought it's a perfect opportunity to come together through song!
It can be anything, an original, a cover, an instrumental piece, a bass solo (gotta love a bass solo). Just send us the video (you can PM us for details) or send us the link. Please mention Clockwork at the beginning or end of the video and that's it. Can't wait to hear you all!
Please send this to anyone you think might be interested in taking part or tuning in. Share, share, share.
Thank you and remember you can find lots of useful information and links at www.clockwork.org.uk

We held our second Clockwork Open Mic on Sunday at the Master Park Pavilion. It was a great turn-out on such a damp afternoon, and it was excellent to be able to once again bring people together under the Clockwork banner. And we raised £93.78!
Special mention to Jake Gamble and Mitch Mullender for representing the young musicians committee. They were truly excellent, and weren't even put off by Matt Hayes flubbing around 80% of the lyrics to American Idiot 😉
Thank you to Matt - with help from Mick Hayes and Steve Gamble - for taking care of the sound, lights and equipment. Thank you to Dom Fitzmaurice and his bar team for taking such good care of everyone. And thank you to Kelly Doughty for providing a lovely spread for us all.
Please add any photos or videos you took in the comments section, we'd love to see them!
We will soon be announcing the date for our summer open mic, so keep your eyes peeled, and please help us spread the word among the young musicians in our community. ... See MoreSee Less
